Duncan Tool has many years experience in designing and building custom machinery and equipment. We provide turn-key systems, including full controls, tooling, framing, hydraulics and pneumatics. Dual Station Drilling Machine

Designed and manufactured by Duncan Tool this machine utilizes pneumatic part clamping and two independent drill units to add holes to a fabricated tubular part.

4 Part Bending Machine

Designed and manufactured completely by Duncan Tool, this machine utilizes pneumatics for part clamping and bending and uses sensors and fiber optics for part length and presence.

Part Assembly and Finishing Machine

Designed and manufactured completely by Duncan Tool, this fully automated 8-station machine incorporates multiple pneumatic devices, thermal bonding and a single axis robot.
